It might help to talk it out! \nIn this weekly talk group for people aged 14 to 17\, you can share your ups and downs with other teens\, and hear about their experiences\, too. A friendly Stay Well counselor will listen in\, to help participants process their feelings. \nEach Teen Talk session will last one hour. \nAfter registering\, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. \nNOTE: This is an emotional-support talk session. Registration information is for use during the session and to assist with our safety protocol\, if needed. This interactive webinar series gives your family an opportunity to make art together while learning about identity\, self-awareness\, and expressing emotions.
