Join Nicki Suppes (RYT 200), for this fun introduction to yoga and meditation, offering kids a variety of tools that can be used throughout their lives. Breathing and visualization techniques are great for regulating emotions, building mindfulness, and improving focus, relaxation, and body awareness while yoga postures improve strength, flexibility, and balance as well as confidence and self-esteem. These practices embrace a general feeling of well-being and respect for others while empowering kids to honor their best selves.
Age 6 – 13.
Cost: $36 session, $8 drop in
