We are having intro exercise classes on the lawn outside Sage all summer long!
Join Stacey Shinkel from City Girl Yoga Studio for Chair Yoga on the front lawn-no experience necessary!
Registration is required and a waiver filled out on site must be completed to participate.
Please bring comfortable clothes to move in, supportive shoes and a water bottle. This is for people ages 15 and older.
