Enjoy great holiday shopping and dining throughout Downtown. Plus, enter to win the Sleigh of Gifts and one of wreaths features in the Festival of Wreaths at any of the participating businesses. Free carriage rides will be offered from Noon until 3:00 p.m. starting at the State Theatre. Watch for more detailed information!
