The The Tipsy Cowboy’s Snow Angels! FREE Christmas Shopping Event for Bay and Arenac County children ages 2-15 years old. *MUST sign up by Sunday, Dec. 3rd, 2023. To sign up or for more information call Janice at 989-879-1551. Parents will shop for their family and the angels will wrap and deliver the presents under your tree!
