FreeFoster connection and community at the Grove Park Fall Fest and Trunk or Treat!!
Enjoy Halloween a little early on the 26th with activities including face painting, pumpkin decorating and soliciting sweets at different candy stations.
Businesses, non profits, and families, are welcome to sponsor a trunk or bag of candy for the event!
