Bay County Eastside Little League (BCELL) was created by the merger of Bay City Northeast and Bay City Southend Little Leagues. Both of the parent leagues were established in 1952 and have provided quality baseball experiences for thousands of boys and girls. The new league is designed to build upon this 68 years of Bay City baseball tradition.
