Michelle Mersy is a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. She has been a Life Coach for the past three years, and has a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Michigan State University. A Life Coach is similar to a therapist, but has more positive, motivational and goal-based aspects to it. A Life Coach is for people who want to have someone to talk to, someone that accepts them and helps them make changes to improve their lives for the better.

- Safe Space
As a Life Coach, Michelle strives to create a safe space for her clients. They can tell her anything and know that she will accept them with “unconditional acceptance.” She believes that there isn’t anything a person can’t change in their life if they are willing and open to change.
- Reset Button
Michelle is not only a Life Coach, but she has a Life Coach of her own as well. She calls going to her Life Coach her “reset button.” This helps her to maintain the positive atmosphere that she creates for her clients, and allows her to be at her best.
- Worth A Try
Sometimes if therapy isn’t working for someone, they can turn to a Life Coach for help. If someone is feeling down to a more mild degree, Life Coaching may be a better answer than therapy. Michelle has had clients say that weeks of her coaching have been equivalent to years of therapy.
