Join Liz Boyce from Sunflower Healing Studios LLC for Yoga 101 on the front lawn – no experience needed! Registration is required and a waiver must be completed to participate. Please bring a mat or towel as they will not be provided. In the event of inclement weather the class will take place in the community room. This is for people ages 15 and older.
