
This project was supported by a grant addressing behavioral health for children ages 2-7. The grant was made to the Bay-Arenac ISD by the Michigan Health Endowment Fund.
Unplugged play = playing without screens
Unplugged play with parents and caregivers can benefit children, even with just a few minutes a day. A balance of unplugged play and screen time is possible for families, especially when trying these activities or using these resources.
