This class gives elementary aged yogis the opportunity to build their focus, strength, flexibility, awareness and breathing skills. Expect to learn how to flow through mini sequences while listening to fun music. There will be yoga based games and group poses. The last 15 minutes of class will be spent on a craft/coloring activity and snack.
