This 45 minute class is for 2-5 year olds. They will strengthen their body through basic and challenging poses. Learn how to focus and center themselves using breathing and visualizations techniques. Try partner and group yoga poses and yoga games! This class is fun and playful. Snack & coloring will be at the end of class.
