An event every month that begins at 1:00 pm on day First of the month, repeating until October 1, 2022
One event on September 17, 2022 at 1:00 pm
Visit the Saginaw Railway Museum this Saturday July 2nd. 900 Maple Street at the tracks!
Open the first Saturday of the month from May-October, the Saginaw Railway Museum is all about railroad history, especially Michigan and the Great Lakes Bay area.
This Historical Society is headquartered in the Saginaw Railway Museum, a restored 1907 Pere Marquette depot that stood in Hemlock, Michigan until it was moved to Saginaw in 1983. There is an HO scale model train display in the basement, operated by the Society. Come see us, either at the Museum or at this site, to learn about trains and railroad technology! We’ll show you how they were and now are, along with railroad lore and legends, through our changing display of artifacts, tools, photos, maps, and more.
