What’s SUP? Stand up paddle boards (SUP) offer a fun, relaxing way to play on the water. Paddle boarding delivers a full-body workout and has become a popular cross-training activity. Try it: SUP will offer its participants beginning SUP skills, including the use of equipment and paddling techniques. Classes are limited to 8 people so make sure to call and reserve your spot today. This is a wet class, so you should bring a change of clothing and a smile! Ages: 6 + (Children 6 to 16 must be accompanied by an adult)
