June means it is time to register the kids for your local library’s SUMMER READING PROGRAM and this year’s theme is “LIBRARIES ROCK!” Could there be a more truer statement, especially when describing the libraries of the Great Lakes Bay Region? All year round these libraries offer quality programming that inspires all ages to participate and most importantly pick up a book and read. Be sure to check in at your library for when and how to sign-up and participate in the special programs, a chance to win prizes, and to see guest performances.
