The Great Lakes Bay Region is a unique place to live and shop. This year let’s support both our children’s STEM interest and our local STEM-rich businesses by shopping locally. These businesses offer unique gifts, including membership, STEM kits, and gift cards. Gift a membership for year-round play and learning at our region’s museums, nature parks, and zoos. Kids will love STEM kits created locally by professionals who specialize in children’s education. Gift certificates are a perfect way to support local businesses and enable kids to pick out a present they will love.

Gift IdeasVISITOR CENTER GIFT SHOP is filled with STEM gift ideas for all ages. The shop is managed by volunteers and is open only on Saturday and Sunday from 10 am-4 pm. Please call (989) 667-0717 before visiting to ensure hours have not changed. RECREATION PASS is a gift that can be used at any Michigan State Park. It cost $17 when purchased at any State Park, but the license plate number of the individual receiving the pass is required. Visit the Bay City State Park campground office to buy the PASS.
