There are many factors that hinder weight loss post pregnancy, including stress, imbalance of pH and hormone levels, lack of sleep, and of course inadequate nutrition and exercise.  Because weight loss is often a struggle for women after having children, VFitness, an online fitness-consulting program, specializes in post pregnancy weight loss.
